PRO1 Description: The PRO series of packages are geared towards those looking for a turn key higher production shop with everything needed to produce larger quantities of shirts from start to finish. With this package you have the ability to do just about anything for a customer. The center of the package based around the easy to work with heavy duty Riley Hopkins Aero printing press. With this press at the center of your shop everything else falls into place to make product move smooth and quick. Also with the Epson R1800 printer and FastRip software you have the ability to print any detail of film up to 13" wide. With addition to all the pre-press, darkroom, washout, and printing equipment, we also include a complete supply package with 12 screens and gallons of inks and chemicals. With this turn key shop setup to compliment your screen printing operation, all that is left to do is sell, sell, sell. It's time to Rock n' Roll!

This Package Includes:

  • Aero Series 6/4
The Aero Series is absolutely the best value for the price, against any competitor. You're looking at over 25 years of design evolution for the most famous printers in our industry's history. Designed by Riley Hopkins, (of Hopkins International fame), these new presses are the ultimate high quality, small format 23" screen capacity printers. Of course the advantage to the 6 color press is the ability to have more versatility on dark colored shirts. Not only does the Aero 6 color 4 Station press give you this advantage but many others as well.

If you’re looking for a heavy duty screen printing press the Aero is what you are looking for. Built by hand, the base is made from sturdy heavy duty steel welded in a wide square format so minimal give and maximum stability is retained. The center hub and the printing heads are machined from T9 Aircraft Grade Heat Treated Aluminum. Warning! Don’t try to push this press around, it will hurt you. It’s great for shops with many different employees, you simply don’t have to worry about them banging up your press, it’s built like a tank but still has the body and maneuverability of a BMW! It’s simply, very accurate, and very strong, and built to withstand extreme abuse in the shop all day. Featuring a wall-to-wall 2" center shaft, and monstrous low-drag bearings, the new Aero Series of printers are very easy to spin for long periods of production.

These presses are actually TOOL FREE (as opposed to one competitor who's claimed this feature for seven years, while actually requiring wrenches to adjust their screen clamps!) For those unfamiliar with the term “Tool Free” This means there no wrenches, not bolts, and no messing around involved to do to make adjustments between jobs. Most importantly to you, rather than the print heads being left "loose" to flop around from thread play, bolt clearance and screen leverage, Aero Series presses have a LOCK UP feature, which locks and eliminates any movement. This is a very important difference between your long term ability to produce quality, saleable work, and a "great sales job" that won't hold registration a year down the road.

These presses feature our exciting new "Joy Stick Registration System" that has been yanking the drawers off our competitors' old micros! Joy Sticks are absolutely the way to go. As soon as you register your first job with them, you'll wonder why you ever put up with micros! 16x16 shirt boards are standard. (These shirt boards and brackets fit older Hopkins presses too!) Ultra Wide Base Extended Gates Wider and longer IS better!
Upgrade Options: Upgrade to Riley Hopkins 6 Color 6 Station Press: $700 Upgrade Cost
If you've used micro's or are not a fan of the "Joystick Registration" then have no fear, standard Mirco Registration can also be added to this press for only $50 more per head (or color). About 90% of our customers buy the Riley Hopkins press with the Joystick Registration but the standard micro registration is available for those looking for it.

    Combo Includes:

    FastRIP™
    -Crisp & Clean Halftones
    -Perfect Registration
    -FastPOSITIVE™ Waterproof
    -Excellent Registration
    -No Shrinkage
    Epson R1800
    -Up to 13" Wide Prints
    -5760 x 1440 dpi resolution
    FastINK™
    -Quick Drying
    -Scratch Resistant
    -Blocks UV Rays
FastRIP™ is a PostScript interpreter called a Raster Image Processor or RIP. Without PostScript it is impossible to print hight-quality halftone dots on a "non-PostScript" inkjet printer such as an Epson 2400 or 4800. Even if your printer has PostScript, it may not be able to print halftone dots because PostScript is often just used to calibrate and balance colors on an inkjet. The Epson "RIP" does not print halftone dots! FastRIP™ does!
FastPOSITIVE™ Waterproof - The industry's most affordable waterproof inkjet film. We worked hard on this one. After A LOT of testing and R&D, we created what is undoubtedly THE BEST inkjet film on the market. FastPOSITIVE™ Waterproof is a specially formulated clear film that produces very dense black images using off-the-shelf Epson dye-based ink. It will work with FastRIP™ and other software RIP's designed for black image inkjet output. FastPOSITIVE™ is very smooth on both sides and has a special back coating to prevent curl and static.
Epson Stylus® Color R1800 With 8-color UltraChrome K3™ inks, 5760 x 1440 dpi resolution, and ultra-fine 1.5-picoliter ink droplets, the large-format Epson Stylus® Photo R1800 delivers remarkable archival photos. It even offers true borderless photo printing on glossy media in six popular sizes.

FastINK™ is the best ink on the market for inkjet printers. Our FastINK™ Dye ink is specially formulated for printing on clear film or screen emulsions (DTS ink) and is designed to be quick drying, scratch resistant, and have excellent UV blocking characteristics.

Cartridge v. Bulk System: There are bulk systems for the R1800 printer, however after working with these for several years and trouble shooting through problems, we have determined that the R1800 printer is not setup to properly to feed or suck the ink when using a gravity fed bulk system. Ryonet suggests that users continue to use FastInk cartridges as their standard form of ink supply.

Although this unit isn't backlit, because it has a transparent back it's easily setup to be backlit for a few dollars and a couple fluorescent shop light fixtures from home depot.

  • RXP 25x36" Exposure Unit w/ Lid
Ryonet’s 25x36” Automated UV Exposure unit is bar none one of the best buys on the market. With this unit you are able to create top quality professional looking screens for a fraction of the cost of a vacuum exposure unit. Yes the common misconception is that you have to spend several thousand dollars on a vacuum exposure unit to expose half tones and fine detail. Although having a vacuum exposure unit is a little more convenient you can still achieve the same results with this 25x36” unit. The truth is all that a vacuum unit does is insure the positive contact between the glass, the film, and the screen mesh. With this unit, the same positive contact is insured by using a foam lid that is cut to the inner dimensions of the screen and weighted by the user. The automated timer gives you the peace of mind to be able to step out of the room during exposure and not have to worry about over exposing your screen. The time automatically shuts off after the specified exposure time you input. Now save time, money, and have the ability to expose up to a 55 line 5% half tone dot on a 305 mesh screen for a fraction of the cost of a vacuum unit. This version of our unit has an aluminum lid and clamps to act like a vacuum unit and insure positive contact.
    Exposure Unit Upgrades:
Workhorse Lumitron 23x31" Vacuum Exposure Unit: Cost $1300 Upgrade
Workhorse Point 1000 25x36" Vacuum Exposure Unit: Cost $2300 Upgrade
