Shipping Rates and PoliciesThe DirectToGarmentPrinting.com and The Ryonet Corporation offer FREE shipping on all of our products in the continental United States. Shipping will be assesed to all orders sent to customers who reside outside of the covered area. All products will ship via UPS ground or USPS priority mail for free. For expedited shipping a shipping cost will be assesed. All of the T-Jet printers must be shipped via truck line (freight). The T-Jet must be shipped and handled with care because it cannot be tipped or turned on its side or upside down. Warranty Information Warranty / Support Information: Fast T-JET2™ includes a one-year limited warranty on parts and labor. The warranty is NOT on-site and requires the unit to be returned to U.S. Screen or an authorized service center or dealer for repair. The limited warranty does not include the printing head. Replacement printing head is $295 and can be replaced in less than ten minutes. All prices and design specifications subject to change. The T-Jet2™ must be shipped by a freight company. If you need assistance with finding a freight company contact U.S. Screen Print & Inkjet Technology. We can assist with pickup and delivery of the T-Jet2™ by a freight company to U.S. Screen for diagnosis and/or repair. If the T-Jet2™ printer is shipped by a non-freight company or not on a pallet, U.S. Screen Print & Inkjet Technology reserves the right to refuse the T-Jet2™ shipment. A non-freight company for example is Federal Express, UPS, U.S. Mail, Airborne Express, etc. These steps eliminate potential for damage in shipping. **Information is for the United States and is based on approved credit only. All prices listed are for U.S. sales only. Prices outside of the U.S. may be higher due to shipping, product differences, duties and VAT's. Warranty Information for Non-Original Owner If you are not the original registered purchaser of the Fast T-Jet™, you must have the Fast T-Jet™ registered by an authorized service center if outside the US, and by the U.S. Screen Print & Inkjet Technology if within the US (as we are the only authorized service center). To have the unit registered you must return it to the service center. Shipping to and from the service location is at the users expense not the U.S. Screen Print & Inkjet Technology or our authorized agents. Once at the service center there is a mandatory $75US diagnosis fee. At that point the service center will quote any repairs needed to get the machine back to factory condition if that is possible. Once the machine is restored to factory condition you have the option to purchase a one or two year warranty for the machine that is then registered to you from the time it leaves the service center. The cost of the warranty is $995US - Standard, $3,300US - Jumbo for one year and $1,800US - Standard, $5,995US - Jumbo. If the machine is damaged to a point that it is not feasible to restore it to factory conditions we reserve the right to not warrant the machine. Again all shipping costs are at the expense of the shipper and must be done via truck. The shipment must be on a pallet to eliminate potential for damage in shipping. |
